Horizon 2040 : Projection des impacts du soutien à l’autonomie au Québec
This report (in French) was prepared by a research team consisting of Nicholas-James Clavet, Réjean Hébert, Julien Navaux, and Michel Raîche under the direction of Pierre-Carl Michaud. It was submitted to the Commissioner for Health and Well-being of Quebec in November 2023.
A new model was developed for this report. The SimSAD model (Home Support Simulator) allows for projecting autonomy support needs, provided services, workforce requirements, and associated costs for these services in Quebec.
